STORE YOUR BAGS AT THE AIRPORT
- Hand in in your luggage at our airport office (office hours are 7 AM to 7 PM)
- We can also pick up your luggage at your hotel, cruise ship og other Copenhagen location (see transfer below)
- No size limit: We can store both small and large items, which may not fit in luggage boxes.
- Short or long term: You can book us for a few hours or for weeks.
- We have a special long term rate for storage periods longer than 7 days.
BAG TRANSPORT TO HOTEL, CRUISE, OFFICE OR PRIVATE ADDRESS
You can have your bags transferred from the aIrport to any destination in Copenhagen like a Hotel or direct to your cruise stateroom.
You may combine a luggage storage in Copenhagen Airport, with a transfer to a hotel or cruise. Some of our customers have different travels and use the airpor tas a hub, and we then store some of their bags if they are not need for a short visit to a neaby country.

LUGGAGE TRANSFER FROM AIRPORT TO CRUISE OR HOTEL
Have your luggage transferred from the airport on arrival to your hotel or cruise ship
- When you arrive in Copenhagen Airport you simply drop your bags at our office outside the Customs exit
- We deliver the bags to your hotel reception or to cruise stateroom
We can also meet you at the baggage claim belt and take the bags through Customs with you. Just ask us for extra services
LUGGAGE TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT FROM CRUISE OR HOTEL
If you are departing from the Copenhagen Airport you can have your bags transferred from cruise or hotel to the airport.
- Just leave your bags in hotel Reception or in cruise port,
- We will bring your bags to our office in the airport which is near all check-in counters
- We will provide you with an easy instruction of how we locate your bags in the cruise terminal or at the hotel

FROM HOTEL TO CRUISE STATEROOM
Have your luggage transferred from your hotel to your cruise stateroom.
- Just leave bags in the hotel Reception in the morning
- We pick them up form Reception during the day
- Your bags are delivered to the ship min. 2 hrs before departure
- Ship staff will deliver the bags to your stateroom
FROM CRUISE TO HOTEL
Have your luggage transferred from cruise ship to your hotel
- You leave your bags to the ship staff the night before a morning disembark
- With our easy booking system you provide the needed information for us to locate your bags
- You just leave port terminal and we locate your bags and bring to your hotel
Lockers

Using lockers vs personal luggage deposit in airport
If you need storage very late in the night you might prefer using the lockers if available – you can not reserve a box. The lugagge deposit box area is located in parking area 4 at ground floor.
For many travelers it is more convient with our personal storage service where we meet you in the terminal for receiving and handing out your bags.
Also we can provide long term storage if needed, and cam handle most sizes, bikes, large musical instruments, etc.
