Opening hours
We operate 24/7 upon request, but there can be an extra fee outside our standard operating hours:
Standard opening hours*:
Low Season (Oct-April): 8:30 – 16:30
High Season (May-Sept): 7:00 – 19:00
*Remember to book in advance to ensure we are available and have capacity for you. If you drop by without pre booking we can not gurantee to serve you.
How to locate our office
No matter which airline you tarvel with, you will be close to our meeting point which is placed just in the intersection between the two terminals, and close to Metro, Train, bus and Taxi:
- Our meeting point is in-between terminal 2 & 3, next to the “Airshells” shop
- Remark that the Customs Exit for all airlines is in Terminal 3.
- No matter which means of transport you may arrive with, it will also be close
